This Privacy Policy explains how Jalen Digital, operated by Jalen’s Management LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit jalendigital.com, request a quote, or purchase a service.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us:
- Quote requests and contact messages. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, the package you are interested in, your current website, and the project details you enter in the form.
- Purchases. The contact and billing details you enter at checkout and the items you order. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account number.
- Technical information. Our website and hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as browser type and the pages requested, which is used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request or message.
- To provide the services you purchase, including communicating with you about your project.
- To process payments, issue refunds, and keep business and tax records.
- To prevent spam and fraud and to keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business, and only as needed for them to do so. These include our website hosting provider, PayPal for payment processing, Google for sending and receiving email and storing site backups, and the software that runs our forms and online checkout. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and third party content
Our checkout uses cookies that are necessary to keep your cart and order working. PayPal may set its own cookies when you pay. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking on this site. Some of our concept design demo pages load fonts and images from third party services such as Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when those pages load.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver your project, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details where reasonably possible.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our website and accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. To make a request, send a message through our contact form.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
