Frequently asked questions
How long does a website take?
Your website is completed within 14 days after you sign off on the design.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round is one set of changes you send us together. One page sites include 1 round. Multipage sites and online stores include 2. Revision requests must be sent within 14 days of receiving your design. After that, the project is considered complete and further changes are billed separately.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting and your domain are not included in the package price. You purchase them in your own name. If you would like us to set them up for you, add Hosting and Domain Setup to your package.
What do I need to provide?
Your text, photos, and logo. If you need writing or a logo, add content writing or logo design to your package.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, and you can purchase the Self Editing Guide add on, which gives you step by step instructions written for your site. If you would rather not make changes yourself, the monthly care plan covers updates for you.
